FAQ
-
What type of prints do you offer?
Here, at Iron Aperture, we only offer the highest quality fine art prints. Our prints are printed on 310gsm paper, that is semi gloss. This ensures your prints will fit inside your house, as comfortably as they would inside an art gallery.
-
how long will it take to receive my print?
This depends on your order. For unframed prints, they are generally produced in the lab for 1-3 days, then it is out for delivery. For our framed prints, they take a bit longer, usually in the lab for 1-10 days depending on the time of year. From there it depends on your location as to how long delivery will take. We print quality, so it takes a bit of time.
-
Do you delivery internationally?
We are based in Melbourne, Australia. However, we have the potential to deliver internationally. It will take time obviously, and has differing costs compared to our free deliveries Australia wide. We offer delivery to New Zealand, Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, and the Rest of the World. The shipping price varies depending on the print size and destination, ranging approximately:
For prints up to A4 (8×12″), shipping costs range from $23.50 to $39.00. For prints up to A2 (20″ width), shipping costs range from $25.00 to $54.00. More than 5 prints will incur higher costs. If you are interested in international delivery please contact us before making an order.
-
What is your refund policy?
If you have any legitimate issues with your prints you are able to return them for a refund within 30 days. We need to be contacted within 7-14 days after purchase, and need to receive the prints within 30 days to allow a refund. Refunds only occur for the print cost, excluding the shipping payments.
-
How are prints packaged?
For our smaller prints, you will receive them in a flat pack, protected by a cardboard enclosure. For larger prints they will be sent in a tube, to ensure they remain in pristine condition on arrival.

Where do the profits go?
